Shipping & Refund Policy for Zia Forever

Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. 1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out based on the order type, if its related to Food it will be delivered in 30 minutes of the ordered time and for any other items related orders it will be delivered in 0-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
https://ziaforever.com/ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
https://ziaforever.com/ allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 7 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
https://ziaforever.com/ has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock https://ziaforever.com/ Cancel and refund out of stock items and ship remaining items in order.

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When dealing with https://ziaforever.com/ you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.

Return Policy:

Our sellers allow you to return products for up to 7 days from the delivery date, except for non-returnable products. To see if your product is returnable, please refer to the returns policy on the product page. 

Returns will be accepted only if products are in unused condition, and refunds will only be in the Bank Account or Wallet. You can return products you no longer require up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

We do our best to ensure that your orders are fulfilled with genuine products on time in full in secure packaging. In the unlikely instance where there is an issue with your order, you may request a return within 3 days from date of order delivery if you find any item(s) are missing / have not been delivered with your order and within 7 days from the date of order delivery if you notice that any items are damaged or are incorrectly delivered to you or are nearing their expiry date. We reserve the right to seek additional information from you, including but not limited to pictures of the products, to process your return.

Products that cannot be returned

The product that is in unsealed/opened/used condition.
Products marked as Non-returnable.
Undergarments as this category is excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.
Cancellation Policy:

Is it allowed to request for cancellation?
You can cancel any order till the time it is not dispatched from the Seller or Wrong order or to modify in the quantity
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is not dispatched from the seller. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the app or website, you can reject the order at doorstep.
The amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days, in accordance with our Refund policy.
No cancellation or Door step rejection allowed for “No returns applicable products” , in case denied at doorstep no refund will be provided for prepaid order.
REFUND POLICY:

Refund against Cancellation:

Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation of order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card or UPI or Net Banking or Third Party Wallet.
No refund applicable for “No returns applicable products”, if denied at doorstep for prepaid order.
Refund against Return:

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. Amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days to original payment method.

The refund will be credited to the bank account entered by the customer at the time of 5-7 working days to original payment method.
In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Zia Forever Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refund the amount to the Zia Forever Pvt. Ltd. wallet of the customer.
The refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of the return request.
In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 5-7 working days. Kindly note that there may be delays in refunds as they’re handled by the Bank.
Refund against denied/canceled order by Zia Forever Pvt. Ltd.:

In case of online paid order, customers shall get a Refund against return by way of credit to the original mode of payment, like Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.
In case of a refund by way of Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the credit within 5-7 working days.
While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, as the refund is handled by the Bank.
There may be a delay in refund timing and we have no control over that.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE:

Warranty and Guarantee for the electronic appliances or any other products have specifically mentioned on the product page wherever is applicable

Estimated Delivery & Shipping Charges are calculated as per the value of the order and can be viewed in the cart section at the time of checkout.
